Emanuele Carocci is a Rome-based radio broadcaster, on air at RTL 102.5 since 2016. Over twenty years of professional experience behind the microphone, built starting from local stations in the Lazio region and reaching Italy's leading commercial radio — 6.6 million daily listeners according to Audiradio 2025 data.
In 2025 he co-founded, together with his wife Zaira Fera, My Corporate Radio: a company that brings the discipline of professional broadcasting into hotels, restaurants, retail stores and commercial chains across Italy — and, more recently, into the United States hospitality market. The idea is simple: apply to in-store music the same craft used on national radio, with a clear editorial identity and a level of programming care that most operators in the sector do not offer.

Born in Rome on May 1, 1983. Grew up with the radio always on at home: it was his school before school.
Ten years of continuous practice on a local Lazio station, broadcasting live from town squares and summer events. These were the years when he refined the relationship with the microphone in field broadcasts, in front of a real audience, and honed the craft of the live event speaker.
Bachelor's degree in Production Sciences and Technologies, followed by a Master's degree in Radio Languages, Production and Marketing, in collaboration with Sapienza University of Rome and Radio Rai.
Years of transitions between independent Rome-based stations, experimenting with different formats (talk, music, conversation). It was in this phase that he developed his own recognizable voice, outside standard commercial schemes.
Joins RTL 102.5 — Italy's leading commercial radio station by audience. Starts with live interviews during the Coca Cola Summer Festival at Piazza del Popolo in Rome, then becomes part of the daily lineup.
Hosts "La Famiglia Giù Al Nord" on RTL 102.5. He is programming and artistic production director at Simply Radio, an FM and DAB+ station serving Rome and the Lazio region with a Top 40 format. In 2025 he co-founded My Corporate Radio with Zaira Fera, today serving Italian enterprise groups and a partnership with Federalberghi Roma (the Rome hoteliers' federation), alongside a growing base of hotels, restaurants and independent venues across Italy and the United States.
My Corporate Radio is the main professional application of Emanuele's broadcasting craft to the Italian B2B market. The philosophy: commercial venues deserve the same level of editorial curation that characterizes professional radio — not consumer playlists pulled from Spotify or Bluetooth speakers playing random music.
The MCR catalog is built and curated like a professional radio schedule: with a clear editorial idea, a rotation designed by time slot, and a recognizable sonic identity for each client.
