Private members clubs

The sound your members recognise before they see the room.

Curated editorial radio, custom-composed sonic identity and licensed multi-room scheduling for private clubs that take every detail seriously — from the dining room to the lounge, from member events to the rooftop.

The sound problem

A members club is not a playlist on shuffle.

Members pay for an experience that should feel curated end-to-end. Yet most clubs still rely on a consumer streaming account or a generic in-house playlist — both of which work against the brand the club has spent years building.

A Spotify Premium account played through public spaces is, technically, outside its terms of service. Beyond licensing exposure, it places your club's identity inside the same algorithmic universe as everyone else's living room. The playlist that opens with a track your member just heard at the gym, in an Uber, in an airport lounge, is the wrong opening line for a space your members chose precisely because it is not everywhere else.

The alternative isn't a louder music budget. It's an editorial radio: a continuous, curated signal designed for your club's voice, time of day, and energy. One that recognises the difference between Tuesday lunch and Saturday at 11pm, between the library and the rooftop, between member arrivals and a private dinner.

What we deliver

An audio identity, not just a song selection.

Every engagement starts with the same question: what should your members feel within fifteen seconds of walking in?

I.

Editorial direction

A human music director defines the sound of every room — building blocks, transitions, energy curves — then refines monthly based on member response.

II.

Sonic identity

Custom-composed audio signatures: arrival cue, dining ambience, private-event interlude. Your sound, recognised in seconds, the way a logo is recognised in pixels.

III.

Direct licensing

Music is delivered under MCR's direct licensing, removing exposure from consumer streaming services and centralising rights management for the club.

How it works

Four steps. Two to four weeks.

From the first consultation to a live, working sound across your club, the typical timeline is two to four weeks depending on the number of zones and the complexity of the sonic identity.

01

Consultation

A private call to understand the club, the membership, the spaces, the moments. We listen before we propose.

02

Audio brief

A written audio direction: per-zone palette, daily curves, brand voice references, sonic identity sketch. Approved before we touch a track.

03

Build & integration

Production of the radio channels, sonic identity composition, deployment to existing audio hardware (no rip-and-replace).

04

Editorial care

Continuous human curation. Monthly review of member response, refinement of the sound. A dedicated music director, on-call.

Why MCR

A broadcaster's discipline, applied to a single room.

My Corporate Radio is led by a professional broadcaster with two decades on national Italian radio (RTL 102.5, the country's most-listened-to station). The discipline of building an audio experience for millions of listeners — tone, pacing, transitions, voice — is the same discipline we apply to a club's dining room.

We work as direct licensee of our own repertoire, registered with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and protected through Patamu code deposit. This matters operationally: one contract, one provider, one source of accountability — across every room of every property your club operates.

Private consultation

If your club takes every other detail seriously, the sound should match.

Share a few details and we'll arrange a private call. Pricing is bespoke per club — we don't publish rates.
