Emanuele Carocci
Emanuele Carocci is a radio broadcaster with years of experience on national airwaves. He co-hosts "La Famiglia Giù Al Nord" on RTL 102.5 in the morning slot from 9 to 11, Monday to Friday — one of the most listened-to commercial radio stations in Italy.
Alongside his broadcasting work, he holds a role in programming and artistic production at other national radio projects. This dual experience — the on-air voice and the editorial direction of programming — is the foundation from which he developed the idea of My Corporate Radio: bringing into commercial and hospitality spaces the same editorial care that characterizes mainstream national radio.
In 2024 he co-founded My Corporate Radio together with co-founder Zaira Fera. Since then he has led the editorial direction of the project: station selection, music curation, programming, the vocal style of MCR. He also handles direct relationships with enterprise clients and editorial partners in the hospitality sector.

Zaira Fera
Zaira Fera is co-founder of My Corporate Radio, which she founded together with Emanuele Carocci. In the project she handles organizational development, client relations and institutional communication.
Her contribution is central to MCR's growth: from process structuring to brand identity care, through the launch of the newsroom and the company's institutional channels.
